Our mission is to engage, educate and empower unemployed youth in India and help them find jobs or get self-employed.
VidyaMohan.org is a tribute to our beloved parents – Lt. Shri Mohan Prasad Verma and Lt. Smt. Vidya Verma.
Our Approach
- We conduct one on one and group training and skill development workshops for unemployed youth
- We network with businesses willing to hire freshers – understand their requirements and assist candidates to develop beginner level skill proficiency
- We help trained youth with job search and setting up small businesses
- We provide free or pay-what-you-can mentorship to small and medium businesses: business planning and strategy; sales and marketing strategy; project management consulting
